What could be more all-American than the Nelson family? The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet, which ran on ABC television from 1952–66 tracked the day-to-day lives of the Nelson family and, in particular, the youngest son Ricky who grew into a bona fide teenage heartthrob. In this promotional photograph, Ozzie Nelson emerges from Alaskan Camper while Ricky (on the left) and David stand outside.
